VAM Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our property management services. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company. What you'll be doing

Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on various equipment and systems within our properties Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement appropriate solutions Carry out scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance tasks Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a high standard of service delivery Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as required What we\'re looking for

Relevant technical qualification or certification in a related field Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician, preferably in the property management industry Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficient in the use of relevant tools and equipment A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work What we offer
