POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive based in Malaysia to lead our sales initiatives in the region. This senior-level remote position is perfect for an experienced sales professional who understands the unique needs of new parents through personal experience. You'll leverage your extensive sales expertise and parental insights to drive business growth while making a meaningful impact on families during their most precious moments.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
We're looking for a sales professional who :
- Has minimum 7+ years of proven sales experience in service-based or healthcare industries
- Preferably is a parent themselves (father / mother) who can authentically relate to our customers' needs and concerns
- Understands the emotional and practical challenges of welcoming a newborn
- Can speak from personal experience about the importance of postpartum care and support
- Combines professional sales expertise with genuine empathy for new parents
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Lead Management :
Proactively follow up on warm leads with consultative approach based on parenting experienceConduct sophisticated outbound calls to half-cold leads from marketing eventsApply deep understanding of new parent concerns to qualify and nurture prospectsMaintain comprehensive CRM records with detailed customer insightsSenior Sales Performance :
Own and manage complex sales pipeline with multiple touchpointsConsistently achieve and exceed ambitious monthly / quarterly sales targetsHandle high-value customer accounts and premium service packagesMentor and guide junior team members when neededExpert Customer Consultation :
Provide authentic, experience-based advice to prospective clientsAddress complex customer concerns with both professional and personal insightsBuild trust through shared parenting experiences and genuine understandingNavigate sensitive postpartum topics with cultural awareness and empathyEvent Leadership :
Lead customer engagement at quarterly Singapore eventsRepresent company as senior spokesperson at parenting fairs and industry eventsClose high-value deals through face-to-face relationship buildingShare authentic testimonials and experiences with potential customersStrategic Market Development :
Provide senior-level market insights based on customer interactionsContribute to service development and pricing strategyIdentify new market opportunities and customer segmentsCollaborate with leadership on business growth initiativesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Experience :
Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in healthcare, wellness, childcare, or premium service industriesPreferably be a parent (father / mother) with personal understanding of newborn care challengesProven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in senior rolesExperience managing complex B2C sales cycles and high-value transactionsLanguage & Communication :
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) - Essential. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilitiesCultural sensitivity when discussing postpartum practices and family traditionsProfessional presentation skills for events and client meetingsIndustry Knowledge :
Deep understanding of healthcare or wellness service salesExperience selling premium, trust-based services to familiesKnowledge of postpartum care practices and cultural considerationsUnderstanding of insurance, healthcare benefits, and service contractsPersonal Attributes :

Competitive Senior-Level Package :
