Position : Senior Sales Executive - Remote (Malaysia Based)

Location : Remote (Malaysia) with occasional travel to Singapore

Employment Type : Full-Time

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive based in Malaysia to lead our sales initiatives in the region. This senior-level remote position is perfect for an experienced sales professional who understands the unique needs of new parents through personal experience. You'll leverage your extensive sales expertise and parental insights to drive business growth while making a meaningful impact on families during their most precious moments.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We're looking for a sales professional who :

  • Has minimum 7+ years of proven sales experience in service-based or healthcare industries
  • Preferably is a parent themselves (father / mother) who can authentically relate to our customers' needs and concerns
  • Understands the emotional and practical challenges of welcoming a newborn
  • Can speak from personal experience about the importance of postpartum care and support
  • Combines professional sales expertise with genuine empathy for new parents

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Lead Management :

  • Proactively follow up on warm leads with consultative approach based on parenting experience
  • Conduct sophisticated outbound calls to half-cold leads from marketing events
  • Apply deep understanding of new parent concerns to qualify and nurture prospects
  • Maintain comprehensive CRM records with detailed customer insights
  • Senior Sales Performance :

  • Own and manage complex sales pipeline with multiple touchpoints
  • Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious monthly / quarterly sales targets
  • Handle high-value customer accounts and premium service packages
  • Mentor and guide junior team members when needed
  • Expert Customer Consultation :

  • Provide authentic, experience-based advice to prospective clients
  • Address complex customer concerns with both professional and personal insights
  • Build trust through shared parenting experiences and genuine understanding
  • Navigate sensitive postpartum topics with cultural awareness and empathy
  • Event Leadership :

  • Lead customer engagement at quarterly Singapore events
  • Represent company as senior spokesperson at parenting fairs and industry events
  • Close high-value deals through face-to-face relationship building
  • Share authentic testimonials and experiences with potential customers
  • Strategic Market Development :

  • Provide senior-level market insights based on customer interactions
  • Contribute to service development and pricing strategy
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
  • Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Essential Experience :

  • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in healthcare, wellness, childcare, or premium service industries
  • Preferably be a parent (father / mother) with personal understanding of newborn care challenges
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in senior roles
  • Experience managing complex B2C sales cycles and high-value transactions
  • Language & Communication :

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) - Essential. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities
  • Cultural sensitivity when discussing postpartum practices and family traditions
  • Professional presentation skills for events and client meetings
  • Industry Knowledge :

  • Deep understanding of healthcare or wellness service sales
  • Experience selling premium, trust-based services to families
  • Knowledge of postpartum care practices and cultural considerations
  • Understanding of insurance, healthcare benefits, and service contracts
  • Personal Attributes :

  • Authentic empathy and genuine care for new families
  • Self-motivated and disciplined for senior remote work role
  • Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills
  • Professional integrity suitable for healthcare service environment
  • Resilience and patience for complex sales processes
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Multiple children or recent parenting experience (within last 5 years)
  • Previous experience in confinement services, maternity care, or childcare industries
  • Management or team leadership experience - not a must as we can groom you
  • Familiarity with Singapore healthcare system and cultural practices
  • Bilingual customer service or sales experience in Southeast Asia
  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    Competitive Senior-Level Package :

  • Base Salary : RM 5,000 - RM 8,000 per month (based on experience and track record)
  • Uncapped commission structure with potential to earn RM 10,000+ monthly

  • Quarterly Singapore Events (Mummy's Market) : minimally 4 premium trips annually (3-4 days each)

  • Company Retreats : Annual team building and strategy meetings
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM5, RM7,500.00 per month
