Account Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Analyze budgets and prepare accurate, timely financial reports.
• Manage accounting functions and ensure adherence to best industry practices.
• Identify potential business opportunities and proactively mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to implement new business processes and procedures.
• Provide financial insights to management through research, analysis, and preparation of accounting reports.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing financial information; assist with tax planning.
• Maintain accurate financial records by documenting all accounting transactions.
• Recommend appropriate financial actions by analyzing accounting data and available options.
• Summarize the company’s financial position by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other management reports.
• Establish and maintain strong accounting controls by developing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Supervise and guide accounting staff by coordinating activities and providing support in day-to-day operations.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies through detailed account analysis.
