We are seeking an experienced SPA Receptionist to join our dynamic team at ZEN TOUCH THERAPY in Machang Bubok Penang. As a full-time SPA Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our SPA facility.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling all front desk operations, including booking appointments, processing payments, and managing inventory
  • Answering inquiries and providing information about our SPA services, facilities, and promotions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Assisting with special requests and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests
  • Collaborating with the SPA team to provide a seamless experience for our clients

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or SPA industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with guests of diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively
