Responsibilities
- Business Development : Develop new business and maintain current relationships
- Market Analysis : Identify business opportunities by studying and analyzing potential sales leads
- Customer Service : Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance to meet their requirements effectively
- Problem Solving : Investigate customer issues, prepare solutions, and discuss with the Sales Manager to ensure client satisfaction
- Reporting : Prepare sales reports and coordinate responses to requests from the sales team and customers
- Order Processing : Collaborate with operation departments to ensure timely shipments of customer\'s cargo
- Client Relations : Visit customers when necessary to maintain strong relationships and address their needs
