Job Scopes 职位描述  :

• Manage and oversee cooperation network stations to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop new stations and drive continuous improvement of existing stations.
• Plan, supervise training, promote large-scale projects, and carry out station performance assessments.
• Monitor station performance, conduct regular diagnostics, propose improvements, and resolve abnormalities in a timely manner.
• Ensure standardization, policy implementation, and effective cost control across stations.
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure stations achieve KPI targets.
• Supervise and ensure completion of HQ's assigned objectives (e.g. sales, quality control, franchise development).
• Manage franchisees' daily operations, including SOP execution, quality enhancement, and cost management.
• Support network growth through HQ policy implementation and market development.
• Follow up on daily matters such as franchise opening / closing and network expansion.
• Undertake other projects or tasks assigned by HQ.

• 负责运营规划、培训监督、大型项目推广及绩效考核。
• 定期监控和诊断网点运营情况,提出改进措施并及时解决异常问题。
• 确保网点标准化建设、政策落实及有效的成本管控。
• 提升客户满意度,确保网点达成KPI目标。
• 督导并完成总部下达的各项任务(如销售、质量管控、招商拓展等)。
• 管理加盟商的日常运营,包括SOP执行、质量提升与成本管理。
• 推动网络件量增长,包括总部政策执行及市场开拓。
• 跟进网络相关日常事务,如加盟商开业 / 关停等。
• 完成总部交办的其他项目或任务。
