office. Key Responsibilities Creating, modifying, and launching strategic email campaigns. Assisting your sales mentor with day- to-day sales functions. Auditing existing client relationships for further opportunities. Setting monthly goals and KPIs. Bringing your own set of ideas to help improve day-to-day operations and drive results. Qualifications Excellent written and oral skills (English). Basic understanding of sales principles. Track record of over-achieving goals. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Not being afraid to fail means being bold and improving. Competitive base salary (RM3000) and commission structure. Uncapped commission potential.
