Overview :
We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to drive category growth and manage the full scope of product and brand activities. This role involves leading marketing initiatives, optimizing product portfolios, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, execution capabilities, and proven experience within the FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in managing and driving the performance of the assigned brand.
- Plan, develop, and execute brand strategies including advertising, promotions, and consumer activation campaigns, ensuring timely post-campaign evaluations for both brand activities and new product launches.
- Work closely with the sales team on strategy development (by channel, region, and product category), target setting, sales planning, and execution follow-up. Identify improvement areas and explore new business opportunities or sales initiatives.
- Oversee brand portfolio management, including product range development and nationwide optimization.
- Review pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Plan, manage, and monitor the A&P budget to effectively support annual brand plans, ensuring optimal ROI within the allocated budget.
- Manage external partners, including advertising and media agencies, to deliver impactful and effective communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-market teams to plan and implement brand activities successfully.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.3–5 years of relevant work experience.Strong strategic and long-term thinking, with proven expertise in brand analysis and execution tosupport effective business decisions.Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Requirements
