Responsibilities – Accounts & Admin Assistant
To maintain and manage the entire set of accounts, including daily accounting operations, payment processing via online payment or issuance of cheque, coordinate on payment verification / approval (client, subcon and supplier), issuance e-invoice, journals entries, debit note, credit note, monthly bank reconciliation to ensure the management account are closed and compile in a timely manner.
Manage staff expenses claim and maintain proper records in Accounting System.
Able to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and integrity process of all financial data, maintain company documents and records systematically.
Manage office supplies and general administrative duties.
Keep track inventory, servicing company car, arrange puspakom for lorry, insurance and road tax renewal.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
Responsibilities – Credit Administration
Responsible for credit administration procedure and performances by ensuring documentation and records are in order ad in compliance with procedures and policies.
Ensure timely generation of progress billings upon receipt of Architect Certificates and monitor progressive payment are collected within the stipulated time frame.
Perform all relevant liaison and coordination with purchasers, solicitors, bankers and interdepartmental to ensure timely execution of Sales & Purchaser Agreement & Loan Agreement and maintain records accordingly.
Handle and prepare documents for blanket consent application, TNB & SYABAS account application, letter of undertaking, transfer of titles, delivery of Vacant Possession (VP) etc
Requirements :
Candidate must process at least SPM, Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Management or its equivalent.
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Good software skills, including Autocount Accounting, Excel and other accounting system.
Proactive, fast learner, self -motivated, performance-driven and able to multitask.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Autocount accounting system and construction industry will be added advantage.
Knowledge of statutory act related to property development (Housing Developers Control & licensing) Act, developer’s computer system.
