Job Description :
- To assist the operational outlet activities in the daily operation of the playground, ensuring their adherence to the requirements of the designated outlet Operational Plan.
- Assist to support marketing activities, advertising and sales promotion, public relations, visual merchandising, and / or special marketing events, as appropriate.
- Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes and address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
- To support on administration and documentation.
- Assist on party arrangement at the outlet / others.
- Assist as Customer Service / front desk, attend customers / etc.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirement :
Malaysian citizenPossess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Relation, Management, or any Customer Service-related course.Have at least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service / Entertainment IndustryProficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa MalaysiaStrong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and multi-task.Excellent in organizational skills, time management and follow-up skills.Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office.Well equipped with the computer skills.Strong team player, self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn.Able to travel and work long-hours if required.Able to work on multiple initiatives and balance constantly changing priorities.Job Types : Full-time, Contract
Salary : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month (Will be negotiate based on work experiences, qualification, skills and knowledge)
