Bancassurance Specialist (BSN Johor Bahru/ Skudai/ Indahpura Branch)

FWD Insurance Berhad and BSN are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Insurance Advisors to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in helping individuals and families secure their financial futures. This position will be based at one of the BSN branches.

• To help BSN's customer stay protected by offering Bank Insurance product
• To source customer from branch walk-in, build relationship with bank existing customers and share the product with others customer within bank community
• To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target
• Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities (face to face(F2F / virtually)
• To deliver best-in-class sales practices and provide customer service
• Disciplined tracking of all sales activities

• Possess recognized degree or diploma in any field
• Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added advantage
• HIghly motivated, success driven and able to work independently
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Possess PCE / CEILI / PCIL license is an added advantage
• Willing to travel as and when required
