My client is a specialized construction company operating primarily in SEA. They are dynamic Malaysian company specializing in heavy and civil engineering construction.

About the job

• Safety Leadership : Develop, implement, and enforce all construction HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies and procedures to maintain a zero-incident culture and comply with regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
• Physical Security & Access : Establish and manage strict access control and physical security protocols to protect critical assets, equipment, and sensitive areas of the data center site.
• Risk & Incident Management : Lead site inspections, audits, and incident investigations to quickly identify hazards, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Sustainability Compliance : Drive the project's sustainability targets by managing construction waste, monitoring resource use (energy / water), and ensuring compliance with green building certifications.
• Reporting & Training : Serve as the primary SSS point of contact, providing mandatory training (inductions, toolbox talks) and generating comprehensive performance reports for project leadership.
