Working shifts : US shifts (start at 8pm / 9pm - 5am / 6pm

Work Mode : Virtual

English must be fluent and must have experience support international content writing project.

Supporting content creation across APAC, EMEA, and the US. You’ll edit, format, and publish high-quality reports and research materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and proofread reports, charts, tables, and presentations for clarity and style.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Format and publish reports using CMS, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Meet strict deadlines and support global editors during leave or holidays.
Work during US East Coast hours in a global, collaborative virtual team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

3+ years of professional editing or sub-editing experience.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., Quark Publishing Platform) is an advantage.
