Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our team. Coming on board you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production flow by preparing production schedules, coordinating with relevant departments, and monitoring material availability to meet customer delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan and translate customer orders into the production schedule.
Perform production capacity planning and manage weekly and monthly production planning.
Communicate with customers on the delivery schedule.
Work closely with the production team on production scheduling, material availability, and delivery master schedule.
Monitor and follow up on production performance and expedite to ensure shipments to the customer are on time.
Work closely with the material team to ensure sufficient material inventory to fulfil production needs.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent are encouraged to apply.

Preferably candidates from Electronics Manufacturing Industries will be an advantage.

Proficient in ERP / MRP systems and MS Excel.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
