- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with a consultative sales approach.
- Identify business needs and present tailored cybersecurity / IT security solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and business owners.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and solutions.
- Meet performance metrics including conversion rate, sales targets, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.
- Accurately log interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.
Job Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in B2B tech / IT sales (lead gen or inside sales) preferred.Strong interest in Sales; Willing to do salesExperience with cybersecurity / IT solutions or strong technical understanding preferred.Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation platforms.Exposure to customer or technical support roles (a plus).Tech-savvy, consultative, and target-drivenStrong communication & rapport-building skillsJob Benefits
