The Business Development Assistant / BD Admin Assistant will support the Business Development team in both customer-facing and operational activities.
This role ensures seamless execution of pantry menu curation, proposal preparation, and event support while maintaining strong administrative control through SAP, MIRO, Cognito Forms, and order management.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive in helping the team deliver excellent service to clients while driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Curate Monthly Menus – Assist in planning and coordinating pantry and fruit selections for both new and existing subscribers. Support in aligning curated menus with customer needs and preferences.
- Drive Customer Engagement – Assist in preparing professional proposals for clients. Support onsite event implementation and execution when required.
- Ensure Operational Excellence – Manage administrative tasks including MIRO, Cognito Forms, and order processing with accuracy and timeliness. Provide reliable back‑end support to ensure smooth BD operations.
- Customer‑Focused Communication – Respond to subscriber queries in a timely, clear, and accurate manner. Support the BD team in delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
- SAP Proficiency – Confidently use SAP systems to support BD processes. Ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and process streamlining.
