Facilities Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of plant facilities to assess their condition and determine if repairs or maintenance are required.
• Ensure the safety and proper functioning of buildings, facilities, and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate all installation, maintenance, setup, and repair activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on buildings, facilities, and surrounding areas to avoid breakdowns and safety hazards.
• Identify building and facility issues, and provide recommendations or improvement plans to management.
• Carry out building maintenance tasks when necessary, ensuring proper planning, arrangement, and guidance are in place.
• Oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of key facility systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, including engaging and supervising contractors for major projects.
• Handle facility service requests, ensuring timely completion while meeting food safety and quality standards.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
