Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of plant facilities to assess their condition and determine if repairs or maintenance are required.
Ensure the safety and proper functioning of buildings, facilities, and surrounding areas.
Coordinate all installation, maintenance, setup, and repair activities.
Perform preventive maintenance on buildings, facilities, and surrounding areas to avoid breakdowns and safety hazards.
Identify building and facility issues, and provide recommendations or improvement plans to management.
Carry out building maintenance tasks when necessary, ensuring proper planning, arrangement, and guidance are in place.
Oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of key facility systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, and electrical systems.
Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, including engaging and supervising contractors for major projects.
Handle facility service requests, ensuring timely completion while meeting food safety and quality standards.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels and across cultures.
Strong understanding and knowledge of safety protocol.
Ability to prioritise tasks, multitasking, and problem-solving.
