Management Trainee - Fresh Graduate (Mandarin Speaking) - Public Packages (NT) Sdn Bhd – Nibong Tebal

Responsibilities

Completing all assigned tasks.
Gaining knowledge of operations.
Providing support and suggestions for improvement.
To develop business knowledge and leadership skills, as talent pipeline to grow and develop with us.
Good time management, able to work independently and resourceful to meet objective and timelines

Requirements

Able to work at Nibong Tebal

Able to work Mon - Friday and Alternate Saturdays

Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Masters holder with CGPA 3.0 and above.

Fresh graduate or candidate who has at least 1 year working experience

Good in Maths / calculation

Fast learning and detail oriented.

Analytical and strong problem-solving skills.

Work experience is not essential as on-job training will be provided

Able to speak English and Malay - Mandarin will be advantage.
