About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager (head) to join our team at KUMPULAN PERUBATAN AR-RIDZUAN SDN BHD. In this full-time contract position based in Ipoh, Perak, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and strategic direction of our organisation.

What you\'ll be doing

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Manage accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and financial risk mitigation
Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes
Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What we\'re looking for

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Professional accounting certification

5+ years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the Accounting industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Proficient in the use of financial management software and data analysis tools

Thorough understanding of relevant accounting standards and financial regulations
