Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum SPM / STPM or equivalent; diploma or degree in business / marketing a plus 1–2 years of proven outbound or telesales experience, preferably in education or automotive Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Self-driven, target-oriented with a positive, resilient attitude Basic computer proficiency : MS Office and CRM systems Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills advantageous Ability to work from our Jawi, Penang office with occasional travel to Johor Basic Salary : RM1,800 – RM2,500 per month, depending on experience Commission : For each Full Course Signup Quarterly performance bonus for exceeding targets Medical coverage and EPF / SOCSO contributions (After converted to Perm) (1-3 months Daily paid) Ongoing product training and career development opportunities Friendly office environment with modern training facilities

1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Expected salary : RM2500 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students in Malaysia and Singapore
- Present course features, schedules and pricing clearly and persuasively
- Qualify leads by assessing their training needs and budget
- Close sales by guiding prospects through enrollment and payment processes
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and conversions in our CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine scripts and promotional offers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
