Develop and implement business development strategies and sales plans for the Malaysian market to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Acquire new clients and establish and maintain long-term, stable relationships with existing clients (if any).
Conduct in-depth analysis of local market trends and competitive landscapes to identify business growth opportunities.
Take full responsibility for the daily operations of the Malaysian company, ensuring high-quality local delivery of human resources services (e.g., RPO, BPO, Payroll, ERO, executive search, etc.).
Establish and improve localized business processes and service standards.
Act as the company’s professional representative in Malaysia to enhance the company’s brand awareness and professional image in the local market.
