This role is open to candidates based in Malaysia with local experience, and the role is located at our office in Bayan Lepas. The Operations & Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the renewable energy assets, managing projects, leading maintenance teams, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The role involves monitoring operational performance, implementing maintenance strategies, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Role Overview

• Lead and manage overall O&M operations for C&I solar projects, ultimately LSS project in future
• Oversee project execution, maintenance planning, and system performance optimization.
• Implement processes and strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Manage technical teams, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Work closely with management on budgeting, resource planning, and operational reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships.
• Support business growth through operational insights and continuous improvement.
