Special Education Teacher

We cater to children aged 4–18 and young adults with a broad spectrum of programs addressing various developmental needs. Our facilities in Cyberjaya and Kinrara are equipped with state-of-the-art resources, providing a safe and engaging environment for growth.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Special Education Teacher, located on-site in Cyberjaya. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), providing tailored instruction and support to students with special needs, and collaborating with educators, therapists, and families.

Day-to-day tasks include assessing students’ abilities, adapting teaching methods to meet students' needs, and monitoring progress toward educational goals. Additionally, the teacher will participate in professional development activities and maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Special Education and teaching students with Disabilities
• Teaching experience in Middle School settings
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and professionals
• Relevant certifications or licenses in Special Education
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with special needs
• A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
