PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Supervise of Line Leaders to ensure compliance to production schedule and quality of products.

Training of Production Line Leaders and Operators.

Ensure safety and proper housekeeping in the production areas.

To motivate the Line Leaders to achieve production targets.

Attend ISO Committee meeting.

Monitor and reporting EMS performance of respective departments to MR.

Propose the best solution to solve your own department's problems.

Identify the opportunity for improvement and adequacy of resources within the organization.

Ensure ISO 14001 : 2015 requirement and responsibilities are informed to all employees in your department.

Promote and implement EMS related awareness training / programs after obtaining approval from Chairman.

Report to MR on the effectiveness of the implemented EMS related awareness training / programs.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : From RM2,000.00 per month
