Sales Admin Executive

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of sales administration activities related to particular accounts
• Furnish adhoc sales reporting to account owner
• Work with customer and factory stakeholders for daily quotes related to process changes, Ad hoc reliability tests, manual jobs, operator OT, non-standard process SPO / POB materials, Ad hoc / non-standard quo meeting & negotiation, NRE quote for tool, equipment, crating, change kit, repair etc
• Work with operations for cost improvement
• Prepare progress reports on progress of projects
• Work with Sales Admin, Operation, Engineering, QA and IFX team to prepare & follow up monthly claim
• Ensure monthly buybacks from customer
• Ensure quarterly expired material physical scrapping with factory stakeholders and customer
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior
