Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to the Agency / Franchise marketing team, including handling cover notes and policy documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform cover note control and E-Cover note issuance conversion & JPJ link; monitor CBC, weekly unconverted policies (UNA), cancellation refunds, and monthly credit card charges.
• Assist with renewal, addition, and deletion on Fleet and Trade plate policies; ensure all policy documentation is complete and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
• Support marketers with non-motor new / renewal quotations and follow up with internal teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for intermediaries / franchise dealers and customers regarding policy-related queries via call or email; address feedback and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Prepare, sort, bind, and file policies, endorsements, and other correspondence; perform quality checks of documentation and arrange dispatch to Chubb HQ, intermediaries, and customers as necessary.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Assist in training new hires on backend operations processes and systems; maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to best serve customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
