Responsibilities

  • Execute sales action plans outlined in the hotel’s sales strategy.
  • Identify and target potential clients through cold call, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned and other key accounts.
  • Conduct daily sales visits, initiate site inspections, and arrange familiarization trips for potential clients.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and conduct follow-ups.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after client events or stays.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling of hotel services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, pre / post-conference briefings, and contribute ideas for revenue and service improvement.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with operations, front office, and banquet teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows and networking events related to assigned markets, reporting market trends and insights.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
