Qualification / Requirement :
- Diploma / Degree or related creative certificate in the field
- Experience in Customer Service : 1 – 2 year (preferred)
- Strong customer-first mindset and passion for service excellence
- Empathy, patience ad active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Integrity, accountability and a positive attitude
- Team Player with collaborative spirit
- Able to speak in English & Bahasa Melayu
- Highly discipline, responsible, good in communication and strong team player with a positive attitude

Respond to customer inquiries via social media, selling platform, phone, email, chat or in person in a timely and professional mannerHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolutionMaintain a deep understanding of company products, services and policiesAccurately document customer interaction and update relevant recordsCollaborate with internal department to resolve customer issuesSupport team goals and contribute to a positive team environmentParticipate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and service skillsAdhere to performance metrics, quality standards and company proceduresJob Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate
