Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts for B0 & B7 diesel products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (fleet operators, construction, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports to achieve monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with operations / logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support marketing activities, campaigns, and brand promotion in line with Shell Malaysia’s standards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ sales experience (oil & gas / industrial background preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
