Position : Bilingual Simplified Chinese Finance Expert

Referral Partner : Crossing Hurdles

Type : Hourly Contract

Compensation : $55–$70 / hour

Location : Remote

Commitment : 10–40 hours / week

Role Responsibilities

  • Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex financial concepts into structured rubrics and documentation for AI training.
  • Write fluently in both Simplified Chinese and English, ensuring precise financial terminology and nuanced expression.
  • Provide domain‑specific insights about Chinese markets, regulations, and business practices to enhance contextual and linguistic accuracy.
  • Collaborate with reviewers and peers to validate accuracy, refine content, and ensure alignment with financial industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of AI systems capable of understanding real‑world finance workflows.

Requirements

  • Native‑level fluency in Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) with strong English proficiency.
  • Advanced academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Strong experience in finance, banking, consulting, or investment‑related sectors.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with instructional design, grading, or rubric development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with generative AI or machine learning concepts is beneficial but not required.
