Overview
At HoiWong New Material Sdn. Bhd., we’re building a strong, customer-driven sales organization in the automotive parts industry. We’re now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional market expansion and strengthen our partnerships with key clients.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvement actions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with key accounts.
- Lead local sales operations — from market development to contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service.
- Report market insights and sales performance to the Overseas Sales Director.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive-related fields.5+ years of experience in automotive parts sales, including 3+ years in regional management.Strong market insight, business development, and negotiation skills.Familiar with OEM & aftermarket sales models and customer procurement processes.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and customer pain points.Fluent in English and Mandarin (advantage).A proactive leader with excellent communication and team management skills.Adaptable, analytical, and able to perform under pressure.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and performance-focused.You value : Integrity, Customer First, Teamwork, and Openness.Why Join Us
