Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and teams. Leadership qualities and a passion for guiding and developing junior team members. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Previous experience in the financial services sector is a plus. Responsibilities
