About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional to join our dynamic team at MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a Project Management coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of our engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including setting project objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and milestones effectively
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and key decision-makers
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to optimise project processes and procedures
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Minimum 1~3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or aerospace industry

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in project management software and tools

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is an advantage

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
