Ensure all foreign worker (FW) management activities comply with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Immigration Act, Act 446, SOCSO regulations, PDPA 2010, and company policies.
Oversee issuance, renewal, and recordkeeping of employment contracts, permits, and statutory documents.
Liaise with Immigration, JTK, SOCSO, FOMEMA, and labor agencies to manage applications, renewals, and audits.
Maintain and analyze FW trackers for contract expiry, permit, and medical renewal deadlines.
Prepare monthly FW compliance reports and dashboards for management review.
Coordinate with site teams, EHS, Finance, and agencies to ensure timely processing of documentation and inspections.
Serve as point of contact for FW disciplinary cases, ensuring documentation, escalation, and closure.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring evidence and compliance documentation are complete.
Uphold confidentiality and data protection in accordance with PDPA 2010.
Drive continuous improvement in FW management processes and system automation.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.Minimum 3 years of HR experience , with at least 2 years managing foreign worker documentation (preferably in construction or manufacturing).Experience coordinating with Immigration, JTK, FOMEMA, SOCSO, and handling audit processes.Familiar with Malaysian labor laws, PDPA 2010, and Act 446 (Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities).Strong data management, Excel, and HRIS reporting skills.Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.High integrity and confidentiality in handling employee data and HR documents.#J-18808-Ljbffr
