JOB OBJECTIVE
To grow global businesses, expand customer reach, develop business partnerships, and execute sales and business development strategies for ATE's business and the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis : Monitor industry trends and competitors, providing insights to adjust strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Global Business Development and Growth : Identify and pursue new global business opportunities, driving the expansion of new markets, products, and solutions, while enhancing market presence for ATE and the company.
- Business Partnership and Customer Reach Development, Identify and develop strategic business partners and agents to enhance customer engagement, drive new business, and expand customer reach.
- Sales Strategy Execution : Actively develop new customers and leads, create business proposals and presentations, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Participate in customer roadmap development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Marketing : Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, seminars, conferences, and presentations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or Master Degree in EE, Computer Engineering or related engineering disciplines.Proven experience in driving sales of ATE, Reliability and Burn-In Testers, and System Level Testers, consistently achieving revenue growthExtensive expertise in the semiconductor industry, including power devices and advanced packaging, with a deep understanding of market dynamicsDemonstrated success in developing new business opportunities, expanding markets, acquiring customers, establishing partnerships, and optimizing sales channelsProven track record in crafting compelling business proposals and implementing profitable pricing strategies that maximize revenueExceptional leadership experience in driving business initiatives, managing projects from concept to execution, and driving cross-functional collaboration for outstanding results.SKILL
