About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Operator to join our growing manufacturing team at MILDEF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. This full‑time position will see you playing a key role in the assembly and processing of our high‑quality products.

What you'll be doing

  • Assemble and install components and parts according to specifications
  • Operate various tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as an Assembly Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment
  • Good problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
