Business Development Executive

Drive Student Recruitment

– Respond to enquiries across multiple platforms (email, WhatsApp, WeChat, live chat, phone) and convert leads into enrolments.

Build Relationships

– Understand each student’s needs and provide the right programme recommendations.

Achieve Targets

– Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and sales goals.

Be the Face of Sunago Education

– Represent us at education fairs, school visits, online events, and other outreach opportunities.

Collaborate & Grow

– Work closely with marketing and admissions to ensure smooth onboarding and student satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Energetic, target-driven, and motivated by results.

Excellent communication and people skills (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).

Sales or customer service experience preferred (education sector is an advantage).

Willing to attend events and engage with prospective students both online and in person.

What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in

sales, counselling, or customer service

(education background is an advantage).

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English

(spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Comfortable managing high volumes of enquiries across multiple platforms.

Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus.
