Role Description

This is a contract-based, remote role for a Retail Associate. The Retail Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer interactions, providing exceptional customer-focused service, tracking inventory, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves communication with teams and stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to deliver Customer-focused Service
• Experience in providing outstanding Customer Experience and resolving inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in Inventory Management to ensure smooth retail operations
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and customers
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with educational products or retail industry experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage
