Position Overview :
MFTECH GLOBAL (M) Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing company in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, providing procurement solutions for government projects. We are looking for a Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations accurately and timely. You will handle salary processing, statutory submissions, and ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
- Ensure accuracy in salary, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO)
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Prepare monthly reports for finance and HR management.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government bodies when required.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll administration.Familiar with payroll software and Malaysian statutory requirements.High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Good organizational and time management skills.
