Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Department Coordinator / Project Manager with experience in Scrum methodology. This individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple departments, ensuring smooth coordination, and optimising workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen analytical mindset. Responsibilities

Department Coordination : Oversee and manage the following departments : Pre-Sales, Product, and Technical Development. Project Management : Implement and manage Scrum methodology to streamline project execution and sprint planning. Communication & Reporting : Effectively communicate with leadership, team members, and stakeholders. Generate reports and ensure all team members follow established processes. Process Improvement : Establish and maintain efficient workflows, ensuring teams adhere to best practices in project execution. Technical Proficiency : Utilize project management tools such as Excel, Clickup, or similar platforms to track progress and manage tasks. Business & Analytical Skills : Understand business concepts and processes to provide strategic insights and improve efficiency. Stakeholder Liaison : Act as a bridge between leadership and technical teams, translating high-level objectives into detailed action plans for developers. Travel & Meeting Coordination : Manage the executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed. Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology-related field. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with multiple departments. Seniority level
