Responsibilities

  • Manage the full business development cycle : from proposal to follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Vendor & Supplier Sourcing : Research and secure high-quality vendors and suppliers to enhance our product offerings and improve pricing.
  • KPI & Sales Target Achievement : Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
  • Customer Needs Analysis : Understand clients' specific requirements to offer tailored solutions, improving client satisfaction and conversion rates.
  • Conduct negotiations and contract discussions to close deals successfully.
  • Create and present customized service packages tailored to different client needs.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations that align with our business model.
  • Responsible for all stages of debt collection.
  • Project process management and coordinator.
  • Conduct engaging presentations to potential clients.
  • Empowering Training Program Development : Design and deliver impactful training programs for our international teams.
  • Exploring Market Expansion Opportunities : Analyze market expansion opportunities, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Innovative International Product Development : Collaborate with product development teams to adapt offerings for international markets.
  • Assist in directing and managing content creation, traffic generation and conversation on the stores.
  • To assist the management on measurement of marketing and customer related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, etc.
  • Handle customer inquiries via online chats and phone, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Attend to customer inquiry, prepare sales proposal / quotation for submission to potential customers.
  • Obtain feedback from customers and channel requests to District Sales Manager.
  • Participate diligently in exhibition / promotion / campaign arranged by marketing department to promote company product and to achieve the desired results.
  • Plan, schedule and implement sales strategies / activities / campaign related activities to meet assigned sales targets and deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and assist whenever required with marketing, product development and customer support teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage risks and foster a growth-driven environment.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Schedule and deliver product demos and presentations to HR leaders, CFOs, and decision-makers.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship management until closure.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prototype and present proposals and solutions for clients, including contract terms and pricing discussions.
  • Track and report on business development activities, providing updates on progress, pipeline, and KPIs.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and industry players to ensure repeat business.
  • Represent company at industry events and networking sessions to strengthen market presence.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Schedule and manage product demonstrations for key decision-makers and leads.
