Penerangan pekerjaanExamine the contract documents and drawings for any discrepancy and potential claims throughout project execution. Assist M&E Manager in Main Contractor and Subcontract implementation and interpretation of contract terms, discrepancies between BQ / drawings / specifications etc. Assists in the tender process from the pre-qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out. Assist the M&E Manager in preparing the M&E Subcontract Progress Certificates, and finalizing M&E Subcontracts and Variation Orders during project implementations. Assist the M&E Manager in preparing the Main Contract M&E Claims, and finalizing the Main Contract and Variation Orders for M&E work with the client and consultants. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirement
- A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
- At least 6 - 8 years of work experience in M&E tender processes within the Construction industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise technical reports.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates strong numerical ability and sharp analytical thinking
- Work location : Puchong, Selangor.
