Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead one or more front-end and full-stack teams responsible for Agoda’s web and mobile products. The role requires strong technical ability, leadership, and people management to guide staff to the next level while maintaining high engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership and responsibility of mission critical systems.
• Guide one or more Agile teams to success.
• Involve yourself with full stack, server, and mobile app engineering and guide server, client, and infrastructure staff to optimal solutions.
• Directly manage between 5 and 10 technology professionals and be responsible for their performance.
