About the role

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Mandarin Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time role based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English.

Providing product information, processing orders, and handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.

Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

What were looking for

Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.

SPM and above educational level.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role will be a plus point.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
