Sales Associate

Overview

Aim to achieve sales targets and strengthen customer relationships by delivering a remarkable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries, walk-ins and web registrations, and follow up with potential customers to convert sales.
• Participate in weekend duty at the Sales Gallery as well as at project sites, property launches, or exhibitions.
• Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period.
• Assist purchasers in obtaining end financing and arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the Group’s panel lawyers.
• Prepare sales reports to be submitted to immediate superior on a weekly basis.
• Brand ambassador for the company.
• Dedicated key contact person for assigned customers.
• Build positive and productive relationships with customers for business growth.
• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
