作为公司在马来西亚的人力资源负责人,您将负责建立和完善公司在本地的人力资源体系,成为连接总部与马来西亚团队的重要桥梁,确保人力资源策略与业务目标相一致,为公司在马的快速发展提供坚实的人才保障。

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and improving the company's human resources system, and become an important bridge between the headquarters in China and the Malaysian team, ensuring that the human resources strategy is consistent with business objectives, and providing a solid talent guarantee for the rapid development of the company in Malaysia.

1. 人力资源管理与执行 Human resources management and implementation :

负责员工招聘、入职、绩效管理、员工关系到离职的完整流程管理;

独立执行端到端的招聘流程,包括 : 招聘计划、职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排、发放Offer等,确保及时满足公司用人需求;

管理人事档案,确保所有记录准确、完整并符合当地法律法规。

Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance management to employee relations and departure;

Independently execute end-to-end hiring processes including : recruitment planning, job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer issuance to ensure timely fulfillment of company staffing needs;

Manage personnel files to maintain accurate, complete records that comply with local laws and regulations.

2. 合规与薪酬福利 Compliance and compensation and benefits :

了解并确保公司所有人力资源操作完全遵守马来西亚的劳动法、税法及其他相关法律法规(如EPF, SOCSO等);

处理员工的薪酬、公积金、社保、所得税等事宜,并与外部payroll供应商(如有)对接。

Understand and ensure that all human resources operations of the company are fully in compliance with Malaysian labor laws, tax laws and other relevant laws and regulations (such as EPF, SOCSO, etc.);

Handle employee compensation, provident fund, social security, income tax, etc., and coordinate with external payroll providers (if any).

3. 员工关系与沟通 Employee relations and communication :

作为员工与公司管理层之间的沟通桥梁,有效处理员工咨询、投诉和纠纷,营造积极健康的组织氛围;

及时向公司管理层汇报马来西亚团队的人力资源状况。

与公司团队保持密切沟通与协作,有效传达并落实公司的规划与指示,同时提供本地化建议。

Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management team, effectively addressing employee inquiries, complaints, and disputes to foster a positive organizational culture;

Provide timely updates on human resources status of the Malaysian team to management team.

Maintain close collaboration with the company's team to effectively communicate and implement corporate plans and directives, while offering localized recommendations.

4. 协助完成其他行政工作 Assist in other administrative tasks (if required)

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM6, RM9,000.00 per month

Experience :

  • Human Resources : 3 years (Preferred)
  • Management : 3 years (Preferred)
