JOB PURPOSE

Execute in daily operation issues, consignment stock count, increase productivity, efficiency and drive all key performance targets which in line with budget. Encompassing company quality policies, relevant to ISO, GDP, GMP, GDPMD, client and customers requirement and regulatory requirement in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform stock count at customer location effectively.

To ensure count are performed and high stock accuracy in customer consignment location.

To perform stock count, reconcile and share count result at customer location to client.

To ensure all near expiry and expired stock are remove from customer consignment location.

To work closely and follow up with client on reconciliation.

To carry out daily operation to meet the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

To ensure all operational processes are maintained up to date, adhere to all the SOP's.

To ensure safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment is observed at all time.

To ensure and maintain good housekeeping and 5S.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

2-3 years of experience in warehouse environment

Knowledge of warehousing operations in terms of billing processes

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
