Job Title : Senior Project Coordinator

Reports To : Project Manager

Job Purpose :

We are seeking a fast-paced, hands-on Senior Project Coordinator to drive our Maxis Onnet & Offnet fiberization projects. You will lead and coordinate in-building fiberization, outdoor civil works, HDD, and open-cut activities, ensuring timely execution and accelerated claims submission.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate In-Building & Out-of-Building Fiberization Works

Manage HDD, Open Cut, and Civil works across multiple sites

Monitor site execution, ensure safety compliance, and push for on-time project delivery

Drive fast-track claims preparation, submission, and follow-up with Finance & Operations

Handle technical and commercial documentation for Maxis projects

Ensure NCR (Non-Conformance Report) process handling and documentation compliance

Report progress directly to Project Manager and Directors with proactive updates

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in telecom fiber projects (Onnet / Offnet)

Strong knowledge of HDD methodology, Civil Works, Open Cut, and In-Building Fiberization

Proven ability to push operations and claims teams to meet aggressive timelines

Familiarity with Maxis project documentation, NCR handling, and BIZ compliance

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel nationwide to supervise and update project progress

Diploma / Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering preferred
