Overview

Accounts Receivable Specialist – Mandarin & Japanese

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end billing and payment processing
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections
  • Handle account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Liaise with internal departments to support financial operations
  • Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end closing

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese or Mandarin + English
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment

    Industry : Finance / Accounting / Shared Services

    Salary : Up to RM 13,000

    Working Hours : Usual Business Hours 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm

    Days : Monday - Friday
