Your responsibilities include, but not limited to : Perform 3 Way match for purchases Oversee inter-company accounts payable processes Prepare payment to suppliers and payment forecast Work closely with other departments to resolve issues on receivings and / other accounts payable issues. Ensure all open payments are properly updated and knock off against supplier invoices Ensure prompt posting / updates of invoices Review and analyse Accounts payable aging Perform monthly accounts reconciliation Compilation of withholding tax and service tax reports and payments Implement controls procedures for accounts payable related processes. Responsible for yearly financial audit compilations. Perform ad-hoc duties and reports as assigned by the superior. Candidate must possess at least a degree / diploma in accounting, ACCA, CIMA or other equivalent qualification. At least 2 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment. Hands on and a team player who are able to deal with all level of people. Possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage projects and workload with minimal supervision, attention to detail and result-oriented. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Must possess analytical skills to work in a fast-paced environment Meticulous and timeliness in meeting deadlines Must be computer literate, familiar with ERP system, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
